Professional Diversity Network (NASDAQ: IPDN), a US-based networking and jobs website operator, announced it has acquired a 13% stake in UK-based AI Geometric, according to a filing with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

The stock purchase agreement, approved by the company’s board on 17 January, was completed on 27 January for a total consideration of US$1.3 million.

The agreement includes customary representations, warranties and indemnification obligations.

AI Geometric is an AI-powered interview co-pilot. The group’s multi-agent interview mode enables candidates to participate in realistic group interviews with AI-driven feedback on each response.

In November 2024, Professional Diversity Network announced a strategic partnership with AI Geometric to offer job seekers three complimentary, AI-powered virtual interview practice sessions.
