Professional Diversity Network, a Chicago-based networking and jobs website operator, announced Aug. 26 the rebranding of its job board operations to TalentAlly.

TalentAlly will now operate as a standalone subsidiary of Professional Diversity Network.

With this launch, the company plans to focus on career development and strategic recruitment by providing a continually updated library of resources for job seekers and recruiters. Professional Diversity Network anticipates increased employer recruitment from its network as the job seeker quantity and quality rise.

The rebrand aims to strengthen the company’s ability to connect with, market to and expand its network of job seekers from diverse backgrounds.

“With TalentAlly, we’re embracing a broader vision. Our new corporation structure and rebranding of our recruitment service reflect our role as a dedicated ally to all talented individuals, acknowledging the richness of their identities and experiences,” Professional Diversity Network CEO Adam He said in a press release.

“This strategic shift positions us to more effectively engage with and support both job seekers and employers, thereby advancing our efforts to foster equitable and inclusive job markets.”

The move follows a 3.2% increase in the company’s job board service revenue in the first half of 2024 compared to the previous year.

The company said the new name acknowledges all aspects of interlacing identities, recognizes the organization’s responsibility as an ally to talent and aligns with PDN’s continued mission to create a fair and inclusive job market by bridging the gap between job seekers from diverse backgrounds and employers who champion DE&I.

Founded in 2003, Professional Diversity Network’s business units include TalentAlly, the National Association of Professional Women and RemoteMore.
