Pro-Force, a recruitment firm in the UK, announced the acquisition of Driven Recruitment, a recruitment specialist based in Birmingham, UK.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Driven Recruitment provides both temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the UK. It specialises in permanent and temporary driving, industrial, construction & clerical staff as well as other more specialised sectors of the market.
Pro-Force said the strategic move marks a crucial milestone in enhancing Pro-Force’s Worcestershire-based driving division, Pro-Drive, which has been operational since 2019 under the leadership of Thomas Blewett and Neal Morris. The acquisition aligns seamlessly with Pro-Force’s long-term strategic objectives, it added.
Pro-Drive focuses on driver placements as well as the industrial, construction and warehousing sectors.
By integrating Driven Recruitment, Pro-Drive significantly strengthens its capabilities, offering expanded recruitment models designed to elevate driver standards, optimise operational efficiencies, and maximise productivity for clients across the UK, it stated.

The acquisition is part of Pro-Force’s three -year growth plan, envisioning the addition of many more companies to the Pro-Force group.
