Velocity Global, a global employer-of-record provider, appointed Johan Land as chief product officer and Carol MacKinlay as chief HR officer. Land most recently served as chief product officer of TomTom, where he led a team of more than 200 people. He previously held roles at Kobalt Music, Waymo, YouTube and Google. MacKinlay most recently was chief people officer at Binance.US, a technology and brand licensee of Bincance.com.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting named Lisa Jock as senior VP. Jock’s experience includes 17 years at Randstad USA, Spherion’s parent company.

Wilson, a provider of RPO, executive search and other services, appointed Bob Lopes to its board. Lopes has spent nearly four decades working in talent outsourcing, consulting and HR-related services. He previously held executive positions at Randstad, including as chief HR officer, North Americas, and group president, North America, at Randstad Sourceright. Lopes is based in Asheville, North Carolina. He has appeared on the SIA’s Staffing 100 North America list.
