People on the move: ShiftMed, Stevenson Search, BakerGilmore, Beamery

Talent platform ShiftMed named J.J. Ewing as chief nursing executive and Ashley Foster as executive VP of acute partnerships. Ewing has more than 30 years of experience and formerly was a leader at AMN Healthcare Services. Foster has more than 15 years of healthcare HR experience.

Life sciences executive search firm Stevenson Search Partners named Larry Dolinko as CEO and Scott Williams as executive VP, on-demand talent solutions. Williams is overseeing the company’s new on-demand talent solution offering, which provides contingent talent and interim executive roles for project-based needs for life sciences firms. Stevenson Search Partners also announced that Jennifer Kay, a 20-year company veteran, will lead its new executive coaching business. And the firm’s new board advisory service will be led by Kris Steen, who also chairs Stevenson’s DE&I initiatives. Adam Bloom, president of Stevenson Search Partners, will continue overseeing day-to-day activity in the executive search business.

BakerGilmore, an executive search and talent advisory firm, appointed David Rowan as strategic advisor and leadership development coach. Rowan recently finished a 30-year career as chief legal officer at Cleveland Clinic.

Beamery, a talent engagement platform, appointed Erinn Tarpey as chief marketing officer. Tarpey has previously served on senior leadership teams at iCims and Namely. Prior to joining Beamery, she was chief marketing officer at Visual Lease.
