L. Maxwell Global, a retained search firm for executives in human capital and professional services, appointed Kevin P. LeCompte as CEO. LeCompte joins L. Maxwell from Georgia Oak Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. He previously was president and CEO of Global Employment Solutions. LeCompte has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, global outsourcing and staffing.

Healthcare staffing firm Medical Solutions on Sept. 11 announced Karin Selfors-Thomann as its chief client officer. Selfors-Thomann’s previous roles include serving at the Adecco Group and Pontoon Solutions. She has appeared on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.  

Healthcare staffing firm All Star Healthcare Solutions announced Joanna Bonventre as its CFO. Bonventre has more than 20 years of experience across corporate finance functions. All Star Healthcare Solutions is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Beth Hackett joined Guidant Global as VP, enterprise solutions. Most recently, Hackett was VP of strategic partnerships at Primary Talent Partners. She is also founder and past president of the St. Louis chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Network, a vendor management system provider, named JB Nussbaum as VP of enterprise sales. Nussbaum has more than 10 years of experience in the contingent labor industry. His experience includes leadership roles at SAP Fieldglass, Beamery and Glider AI. Network is a subsidiary of JJJ International.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting named Marnie Walker as senior VP of franchise business operations. Walker began her career 22 years ago at Randstad, which is the parent company of Spherion. Walker will focus on driving business enablement excellence at its franchise businesses, the company said.

Major, Lindsey and Africa, an executive search firm and division of Allegis Group, named Kassem Lucas as managing director in its partners practice group. Lucas, who is also an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Caret School of Law, is based in Philadelphia. Major, Lindsey and Africa also named Mauricio Gonzalez as a managing director in its partners practice group.

Executive search firm ZRG named Brian McGee as managing director in its embedded recruiting/RPO business unit. McGee will focus on the aerospace, defense and government services verticals. He previously served as managing director of recruiting solutions at TekStream Solutions. McGee has also held leadership roles at SRA International and aerospace firm BAE Systems.

Advance Partners named Kendra Cato as director of strategic partnerships. Cato will work closely with Senior Director and General Manager Jeremy Bilsky and Director of Revenue and Customer Operations Mike Brew. Cato has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing and research. Advance Partners, a Paychex company, provides payroll funding and other services to staffing firms.

Vector Solutions a provider of training and software, announced Rebecca Bursky as its chief human resources officer. Bursky formerly was CHRO at A Place for Mom. Her past experience also includes roles at TravelClick and Marketwired.

Omnipresent, a London-based employer-of-record provider, appointed Stephen Hoffman as sales and partnerships lead for the Americas.
