The IN Group, a recruitment group based in the UK, announced Richard Eardley as CEO of Investigo, InX, and Definia, leading brands within the IN Group. Eardley began his career with Hays in 1988. Before joining the IN Group, he was the director, of strategic projects, for Hays. The IN Group said that in his role, Eardley is committed to expanding Investigo’s presence into new markets, developing innovative talent solutions, and ‘empowering teams to deliver exceptional results’.

UK-based executive search firm Erevena announced that after 21 years as CEO, Dan Hyde will transition into the newly created, full-time role of executive chair, focusing on client-facing activities and market strategy.

Jonas Helgesson will be promoted to CEO effective immediately. Helgesson has been with the firm for four years and has been instrumental in growing the Northern Europe presence. Earlier in his career, Helgesson served as head of research at Högström & Co Management, a Swedish management consulting firm, where he played a key role in building out their executive search function.

With this new structure, Hyde will move away from the day-to-day management of the business to dedicate more time to client relationships and market-facing activities.

HR technology firm Ramp Global has announced its head of client services, Lenna Thompson, has moved into the role of chief commercial and customer officer. Thompson’s promotion to the C-Suite reflects Ramp Global’s broader business strategy of developing its Talent Intelligence technology and making it more autonomous for users, which will enable Thompson and her team to focus more on strategic growth and customer success. Thompson’s new role will focus on customer retention, driving success across the client base and exploring alternative revenue streams within the business, harnessing the full power of the new platform. Her first step as Chief Commercial and Customer Officer will be to grow the team, providing the structure for the new commercial model.
