Madeline Wan Poh Cheng has stepped down from her role as group managing director of the greater China and Japan businesses at HRnetGroup, a Singapore-based recruitment firm. The company announced the news on 26 February. She had been appointed to the position in July 2010 and led a team of more than 110 people.

Tata Consultancy Services’ board appointed Sanjay V. Bhandarkar to director and non-executive independent director of the company for a term of five years. Bhandarkar has more than three decades of experience in corporate finance, advisory and investment banking. He was part of the founding team of investment banking firm Rothschild India in 1998.
