Global IT services provider HCLTech named Arjun A. Sethi as chief growth officer for strategic segments, focusing on government and global private equity. Sethi joins HCLTech after 25 years at management consulting firm Kearney, where he most recently was senior partner and vice chair of digital transformation. He is based in New York.

Healthcare Workforce Logistics, a VMS and MSP provider, promoted Jeff Niles to chief revenue officer. Niles joined HWL in January 2018 as its fourth employee. He previously served as executive VP.

Revature appointed Vivek Ravichandran as senior VP and head of training, technology and platform. Prior to joining Revature, Ravichandran spent more than 13 years at Tata Consultancy Services where he most recently was head of talent development, including for the North American market. Ravichandran will report to recently announced Chief Operating Officer Tan Moorthy. Revature is a staffing firm that operates on the recruit-train-deploy model.
