Hays appointed Anthony Graham as its new Chief Product and Innovation Officer.

Graham will play a critical role in building the global product and innovation function, which will operate at the intersection of sales and technology and will be responsible for developing new products. He brings over 25 years of valuable experience in both product development and data analytics across various industries.

Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Fable Data, overseeing the development and execution of the business plan and leading the strategy, commercial, partnerships, marketing, product, data, and technology divisions. He has also worked previously for several high-profile retailers, financial service organisations and consultants, including McKinsey & Company, Barclaycard, and IRI.

Australia-based PeopleIn Limited announced that its CEO, Ross Thompson, has been appointed as managing director and is to join PeopleIn’s board of directors effective from 28 November 2024.

In announcing the appointment, PeopleIn Chairman Glen Richards said in a press release, “It is a pleasure to welcome Ross to PeopleIn’s Board. We recognise the responsibility and accountability that Ross already demonstrates as CEO and look forward to the valued contribution he will make as a member of the board.”
