Global staffing firm Hays appointed Michael Findlay to its board as a nonexecutive director and chair-designate. Findlay will join the UK-based firm’s board on Jan. 20 and will succeed Andrew Martin as nonexecutive chair from May 1. Martin will retire on that day after nearly eight years on the board. Findlay is currently nonexecutive chair of the London Stock Exchange and a nonexecutive director of International Distribution Service and Jarrold & Sons. In addition, Findlay is chair of Morgan Sindall Group but recently announced that he will step down on July 28. His previous roles include co-head of investment banking for UK and Ireland at Bank of America and senior independent director at UK Mail Group.

Scott Maguire has joined Korn Ferry’s (NYSE: KFY) interim business, where he will lead its North American technology practice. Maguire is based in San Jose, California. His experience includes almost a decade in various management roles at Lockheed Martin.

Rebeccah Bizon is now executive director of the national tax staffing practice at Solomon Page. Bizon has more than a decade of experience in staffing. In conjunction with Bizon’s appointment, Matthew Bizon has joined the tax staffing practice as staffing director.

Glassdoor appointed Adam Grant as its first chief work-life expert. Grant is an organizational psychologist, author and Wharton professor.

Conexis VMS named Keena Haynes-Clark as director, solution sales. Haynes-Clark has more than a decade of experience in human capital management.

Brendan Robinson is leading the new firm Broad and Madison. The Boston-based operation provides tech consulting to staffing firms on technology investments, ongoing software administration and recruiter training, and a multiple job-posting tool. The company was valued at $6.6 million in a recent angel funding round.

Monument Consulting announced that Shawn Roth and Debbie Cropper joined the firm as client success managers. Roth has more than 20 years of experience in software-as-a-service and enterprise software. Cropper also has more than 20 years of experience in software-as-a-service professional services, sales and pre-sales. Cropper also served as a strategic advisor at SAP SuccessFactors’ Center of Excellence, where she specialized in learning and talent solutions. Monument Consulting’s business includes managed service provider programs and vendor management system consulting.

Rocket Station, a Dallas-based firm that supplier remote workers, named Chris Brewer as VP of onboarding processes. Brewer has nearly a decade of experience at the Air Force Academy Foundation, where he served as VP of development among other roles.
