Conexus MedStaff appointed Liz Nesladek as chief commercial officer. Nesladek previously held leadership roles at Ingenovis Health, Fastaff and AMN Healthcare Services. Her work will include developing data-driven strategies, optimizing partnerships and enhancing the experience of clients.

Healthcare staffing firm LRS Healthcare named Travis Powers and Tracey Duke to its executive team. Powers joins as senior VP of production; he has 17 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Duke joins as associate VP of recruiting; she has experience with building and leading recruitment teams across all functional areas.

Global staffing firm Vaco named three new managing partners: Chris Decker in Orlando, Florida; Andy Gonzalez in Orange County, California; and Cathy Shim in Detroit. Decker has more than 25 years of experience in technology staffing and consulting in Central Florida; he previously served as VP of Superior Rigging & Erecting. Gonzalez has more than 15 years of experience in talent solutions and has held leadership roles at several firms. Shim has nearly 14 years of experience in both consulting and talent solutions. She most recently served as senior business development executive for a technology services consulting firm.

Search provider Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) appointed Kimberley Noon as VP of client services in its healthcare practice. Noon will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Korn Ferry also named Jim Vincoli as VP of client solutions in its healthcare practice. Vincoli will be based in Atlanta.

Optomi Professional Services appointed Carey Luhn as VP of strategic accounts. Luhn has more than a decade of experience driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for enterprise organizations, according to the company. Optomi is an Atlanta-based provider of IT staffing services.

ManpowerGroup board member Patricia Hemingway Hall will retire as a director when her current term expires at the company’s 2025 annual meeting. Hemingway Hall has served as a director since 2011. She is the former CEO of Health Care Services.

Tru Staffing Partners named Byron Johnson as manager of business development and recruiting. Johnson has more than 10 years of experience in customer acquisition and partnership development and most recently spent six years at the IAPP (formerly the International Association of Privacy Professionals). He will report to Senior VP Rachael Haher.
