AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE: AMN) announced it is creating a new executive advisory board that will be led by Mike Butler, former president of Providence, one of the largest healthcare providers in the US.

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group appointed Steven Solnick as managing director in its education practice. Solnick has more than 30 years of experience in education and philanthropy. Solnick most recently served as head of school at The Calhoun School in Manhattan. He previously served as president of Warren Wilson College.

CMP named Mike Boate as VP of executive search. Boate has more than 25 years of experience in executive search and most recently served as a managing consultant for Korn Ferry. Based in Dallas, CMP provides search, assessment, coaching and outplacement.
