The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants announced four newly elected leaders to its 2025 board: Pilar Brogeras, a Mexico City-based managing director at Stanton Chase; Ruth Curran, a Dublin, Ireland-based consultant at Spencer Stuart; Julia Scheffer, a Johannesburg, South Africa-based global director of business development at AltoPartners; and K. Sudarshan, a Mumbai, India-based managing director at EMA Partners India.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International (NASDAQ; HSII) announced in a regulatory filing that Sarah Payne will step down as chief human resources officer and move to an advisory role effective March 31. Payne will ultimately leave the company on June 30. A search is underway for her replacement.

Job&Talent appointed Ruby Caggiano-Cooper as VP of regional sales in the US. Caggiano-Cooper has more than 25 years of experience in staffing and sales leadership. She began her career at Aerotek and TEKsystems. Caggiano-Cooper also served as VP of professional development and domain intelligence at NextGen/GTA, a Kelly-acquired company. She will report to US Chief Sales Officer Brian Neely.

Jackson Nurse Professionals named Kathy Kerstiens as senior VP. Kerstiens has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing. She previously was a group VP at Cross Country Healthcare and also served as senior VP of client services at Travel Nurse Across America. She has appeared on the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

Executive search firm Frontline Source Group named Marco Gonzalez as director of executive search, accounting and finance division.

Kasim Neal is the owner/strategic partner of PrideStaff’s new office in South Mercer County, New Jersey.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting reported that Nicole Crofutt is the new owner of its Middle Georgia office in Warner Robins, Georgia. Crofutt served as a VP under previous owner Michael Chalmers. Crofutt’s husband, Jimmy Crofutt, will also join the business focusing on back-end operations.

Bravanti | a ZRG Company announced that Dawn Poteau has joined the firm as a client service and program director. Poteau has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development and executive coaching. She previously founded and led Talent Activators.

Executive search firm Stanton Chase appointed Richard Sarmiento as managing director in its industrial and aerospace and defense sector. Sarmiento is based in Washington DC.
