Aerotek named Luke Zauhar as VP of operations with the aim of aligning recruiting and sales processes with technology. Zauhar will work closely with Aerotek’s senior leaders and regional leadership team.

Goodwin Recruiting announced that Andy Decker will be its new CEO. Decker takes over from Eric Goodwin, who is becoming chairman of the board. Decker has more than 18 years of experience in recruiting leadership, having previously served as CEO at IK Hofmann USA. Prior to that, he was a senior regional VP at Robert Half. Goodwin Recruiting is based in Exeter, New Hampshire.

Phaxis, a staffing provider headquartered in Melville, New York, appointed Chris Dale as president, professional services. Dale will work closely with CEO Seth Friedland, the executive team and the board. Prior to joining Phaxis, Dale was president of Pipe Cos. and Zachary Piper Solutions.

1840 & Co., a provider of outsourcing and remote staffing in 150 different countries, announced a staffing division to focus on placing US candidates at US firms. 1840 & Co. CEO Bryan DiGiorgio will be leading the effort. 1840 & Co. is based in Overland Park, Kansas.

American Health Staffing Group appointed Jamey Dubke as VP of human resources. Dubke has more than 15 years of experience in human resources leadership. She has held leadership roles at AMN Healthcare, JP Morgan Chase and Southwest Airlines. Dubke will be based in Frisco, Texas, and report to American Health Staffing Group CEO Kelly Rakowski.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting, a division of Randstad, appointed Julie Hansen as senior VP. Hansen comes to Spherion with nearly 30 years of experience at Randstad USA. Spherion is a staffing franchisor.

Brent Dau was named Texas practice manager at CFO Selections with the company opening Texas offices in Dallas/Frisco and Forth Worth. Dau has more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations. CFO Selections, a provider of finance/accounting staffing, is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.

IT staffing provider Mastech Digital (NYSEAMERICAN: MHH) announced the resignations of board members John Ausura and Brenda Galilee. As a result of the resignations, Mastech reported that independent board member Arun Nayar will take over as chair of the audit committee and fellow independent board member Srinivas Kandula will assume the post of chair of the compensation committee.

Executive search firm Brooke Chase Associates announced that Rick Mohrman, VP of sales, is retiring. Mohrman has been VP of sales since 2022. He joined Brooke Chase in 2005 as a research associate and advanced through roles including executive recruiter and VP of operations.

Tru Staffing Partners, a New York-headquartered staffing firm, announced several promotions: Stacey Pcholinksi to senior manager, innovation and data integrity; Samantha Strong to senior scheduling coordinator; Monica Lennon to manager, business development and recruitment; Michelle Shanik to manager, recruitment and business development; and Michael Fox to manager, recruitment and business development.

Staffing software provider iCims named Nikki Grigsby as chief customer officer. Prior to iCims, Grigsby was chief operations and HR officer at Syndigo, an organization focused on data recording and control. She takes over from Diane Fanelli, who is retiring after four years as iCims’ chief operating officer.
