SnapCare, a healthcare staffing platform, named Firasat Hussain as its chief technology officer. Hussain most recently served as chief technology officer at Arrivia, a travel loyalty firm, where he led a 210-person technology organization. Other firms at which he has held IT positions include Ticketmaster, Orbitz Worldwide and RR Donnelley.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting promoted Nanci Schulman to VP of sales enablement and franchise relations. Schulman joined Spherion 20 years ago as a temporary administrative assistant and has held various roles since, eventually advancing to senior management.

ClearEdge, a talent industry-focused marketing, recruiting and leadership development firm, appointed two team members to the C-suite. Jessica Elliot, senior VP of operations, was promoted to chief operating officer. Lesly Cardec, senior VP of marketing and recruiting, was promoted to chief marketing officer and retains her senior VP of recruiting role. Elliott has been with ClearEdge for more than a decade serving in several leadership roles, including VP, client delivery and VP, integrated solutions. Before joining ClearEdge in 2020, Cardec was senior VP of marketing for Interim HealthCare. Prior to that, she was VP of corporate communications, PR and social for Randstad USA.
