Global IT services firm NTT Data (9613:TYO) reported revenue rose 9.6% in its fiscal first quarter ended 30 June, with revenue growth at its businesses both inside and outside of Japan.
Overseas revenue rose 12.8% year over year due to NTT Data’s expansion of its data centre and SAP business as well as the positive impact of foreign exchange. Overseas net assets totaled JPY 697. 58 billion (USD 4.33 billion).
Japanese revenue rose 3.9% to JPY 421.24 billion (USD 2.62 billion) because of expansion in central government and ministries business.
