SIA is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers US and Canada list.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers champion and advance workplace accessibility, helping to ensure fair access to opportunities for all. This prestigious list honors those who advocate for inclusion within their organizations and across the workforce solutions ecosystem. 

Leaders from staffing firms, buyers of staffing services, VMS/MSP/RPO providers, talent platform firms and vendors to the industry may all be nominated. The scope of a nominee’s DE&I influence must be focused in the US and/or Canada.

Those making nominations should be prepared to include examples of specific ways their nominees have effected change in their organization or in the wider staffing ecosystem. Be prepared to articulate the degree of impact and the repeatability/scalability of efforts made. The duration as well as recent results of the nominee’s efforts will also be factored into list inclusion. Please focus on results from the past 12 months.

Nominations are accepted through Jan. 24, 2025. Self nominations are welcome. The list will be released online in April 2025 and will also be published in the May/June 2025 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.
