Nisso Holdings, a Japanese human resources firm providing staffing services, reported revenue on 7 November of JPY 50.17 billion (USD 323.9 million) for the first six months ended 30 September 2024.

The group did not publish prior year results for comparison. However, last year’s reports showed H1 revenue of JPY 47.38 billion. This meant revenue was up 5.9% year-on-year. Operating profit was up 53.3%, gross profit increased by 13.3%, and net profit was up 39.4% year-on-year.

Revenue increased year-on-year due to an increase in billing unit costs for the group’s mainstay general human resources services, as well as a significant increase in the number of enrolled staff in the highly profitable engineering human resources services.
