Nicholas Associates Group, a group of recruitment companies based in the UK, acquired Smart Temporary Solutions Limited, a recruitment agency based in Hull, reports the BusinessDesk.

The deal is intended to strengthen Nicholas Associates Group’s presence in the blue-collar temporary recruitment sector and enhance its ability to deliver innovative workforce solutions to clients nationwide. Smart Temporary Solutions offers both temporary and temporary to permanent staffing solutions within the blue-collar sector.

Nicholas Associates Group has a turnover of more than £86 million and operates from locations across the UK.
