The National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations named Holly Bass as its new executive director.

Bass has held multiple executive-level leadership roles in healthcare staffing and is a past president of NATHO.

“I’ve always thought of NATHO as the premier organization that helps bring all the companies together for a common purpose and to make a positive impact to clients, patients and our industry,” she said in a press release. “It is the only organization of its kind. I’m excited and proud to be a part of the team.”

Bass also appeared on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2021 when she was VP, recruitment, at Medical Solutions.

“We are genuinely excited to have Holly on board with us,” Kenny Kadar, president of NATHO, said in a press release. “Her experience and background will help bring immediate value to the organization, our members and help propel NATHO to the next level.”
