Medical Solutions, the second-largest US healthcare staffing provider, named Kerry Sirkka as chief recruitment officer. Sirkka most recently served as chief delivery officer at IntelyCare and spent more than 20 years at healthcare staffing firm AMN Healthcare Staffing Services, including as senior VP and general manager.

“She brings extensive expertise in recruitment strategy and a proven ability to drive innovation,” Medical Solutions CEO Rebecca Rogers Tijerino said in a press release.

Sirkka has also appeared on the 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

“I look forward to working with this talented team to create solutions that meet the changing needs of clients and clinicians,” Sirkka said in a press release.

Medical Solutions has made several executive appointments in the last year, including its January announcement that Rebecca Rogers Tijerino would take over as CEO. It has also named Denise Dettingmeijer as CFO in December 2023.
