Liveforce, an event staff management platform delivering temporary staffing solutions, announced it has acquired Reppio, a workforce management provider known for supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Denmark.
The acquisition is part of Liveforce’s strategic push into the European market, bolstered by multi-time zone and multi-language support. The platform said the newly added multi-time zone and multi-language capabilities will enable businesses to better manage staff in various regions, positioning Liveforce to cater to a growing international client base.
“With this merger, Liveforce continues its mission to deliver solutions for temporary staffing, event management, and more,” the company said in a press release. “The expanded platform will help businesses of all sizes improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and stay ahead in an increasingly competitive landscape.”
Reppio said its clients will benefit from Liveforce’s platform, including key features like job scheduling, timesheets and payment reports.
For Reppio’s clients, the transition to Liveforce will be fully supported by a dedicated migration team. The client migration services ensure all accounts are transferred smoothly without disrupting ongoing operations.
Mark Walls, CEO & Founder of Liveforce, said, “Our goal has always been to deliver value to our clients, and with Reppio’s clients joining the Liveforce family, we’re ready to scale faster and offer even more robust features.”
Walls continued, “Reppio’s commitment to workforce management made them a natural fit for our vision. We’re excited to offer Reppio clients access to a more comprehensive platform, and we’re confident they’ll appreciate the added value we bring.”
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Reppio is based in Denmark, while Liveforce is headquartered in Surrey, UK.
