LaSalle Network, a Chicago-based staffing firm, announced several leadership changes.
Maureen Hoersten is now interim CEO and COO. Hoersten has been with LaSalle Network for 22 years and has appeared on SIA’s Global Power150 Women in Staffing list. She takes over the CEO role from Tom Gimbel, who stepped down about a month ago after 26 years at the firm.
This month the company also named Andy Streiter as head of technology sales and Chris Friday as senior VP.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Andy and Chris to the LaSalle Network Team,” Hoersten said in a press release. “These gentlemen’s leadership and industry expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our service offerings and help more companies across the country find the talent they need to succeed.”
Streiter has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining LaSalle Network, he served as president of Planet Forward. He also held senior leadership roles at CareerBuilder.
Friday joins LaSalle Network with experience in staffing, human capital management and more. Friday also brings experience in leading large teams and developing strategic partnerships.
Private equity firm Infinedi Partners acquired LaSalle Network in 2022. LaSalle Network ranks No. 218 on SIA’s Largest Staffing Firms in the US list. It has a focus on office/clerical and finance/accounting staffing.
Gimbel announced his departure from LaSalle Network in a LinkedIn post.
“I will be cheering LaSalle Network on from the sideline as a board member and shareholder, and can’t wait to see them continue to achieve outstanding results,” he wrote.
He appeared on this year’s Staffing 100 list.
