There were 100 firms that generated $50 million or more in US healthcare temporary staffing revenue in 2023, according to SIA’s Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the United States: 2024 Update report. That’s down from the 103 firms on last year’s list. Altogether, the largest firms on this year’s list generated $47.3 billion in healthcare staffing revenue, down from $61.7 billion on last year’s list. The firms on this year’s list accounted for 90% of the market.

Aya Healthcare again ranked as the largest firm on the list. Medical Solutions moved up to the No. 2 spot this year.
