The largest US industrial staffing firms have increased their market share over the past few years, according to SIA’s new report, Largest Industrial Staffing Firms in the United States: 2024 Update. It also found the number of large industrial staffing providers fell to 56 this year from 60 in 2023. Employbridge remained the largest US industrial staffing provider, and Aerotek, part of Allegis Group, moved into the second position.

SIA’s report lists all staffing firms with $100 million or more in US industrial staffing revenue in 2023. It’s based on an annual survey.

One finding in the report: The five largest industrial staffing firms represented 36% of the US industrial staffing market in 2023, up from 24% in 2008.

Looking at the 15 largest, they increased their share as well, going to 60% in 2023 from 41% in 2008.

The five largest industrial staffing providers by 2023 US industrial staffing revenue were:

  1. Employbridge, $3.03 billion
  2. Aerotek (Allegis Group), $2.98 billion
  3. Express Employment Professionals, $2.85 billion
  4. Randstad, $1.93 billion
  5. TrueBlue, $1.64 billion
