Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) reported fee revenue was flat year over year in its fiscal third quarter ended Jan. 31 at $668.7 million. However, it increased 2% on a constant currency basis.

Fee revenue edged up in executive search, RPO and digital, offset by a 4.9% decline in fee revenue in consulting.

Net income edged down due to higher income tax provision in the current third quarter compared to a non-recurring tax benefit recorded in the year-ago quarter, according to Korn Ferry.

Korn Ferry forecast fourth-quarter fee revenue in the range of $680 million and $700 million, a year-over-year increase of between 1.7% and 4.7%.
