Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced in a regulatory filing that Mark Arian, its CEO of consulting, died on Feb. 6.

“Mr. Arian’s dedication, leadership and contributions to the company have been invaluable, and he will be greatly missed by the entire Korn Ferry community,” the company said in the filing. “The company extends its heartfelt condolences to Mr. Arian’s family and loved ones and expresses its gratitude for his years of service and the significant contributions he made to Korn Ferry.”

Lesley Uren will take on the role of CEO of consulting, Korn Ferry reported. Uren has served as president of consulting in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the past three years.
