Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) announced chief financial officer Olivier Thirot intends to retire in the first quarter of 2025, according to a July 9 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Troy, Michigan-based talent provider’s board of directors’ compensation and talent management committee has launched a search for a successor, according to the filing.

Thirot joined Kelly in 2008 as VP of finance for its Europe, Middle East and Africa region, bringing more than 25 years of international experience in treasury, tax, compliance, budget forecasting and strategic planning. He additionally assumed responsibility for the company’s Asia-Pacific region in 2011 before becoming CFO in 2016.

The company also said details on Thirot’s separation terms, including transition plans, will be reported when finalized.

Kelly ranks 12th on SIA’s list of Largest Staffing Firms Globally 2023 and sixth on the list of Largest Staffing Firms in the US.
