Kanzhun revenue up 15.4% in Q4 as users increase

Kanzhun (2076:HKG), a provider of online recruitment services in China, reported growth in paid enterprise users and average monthly active users helped propel revenue growth in the fourth quarter.
The Beijing-based firm reported fourth quarter revenue rose 15.4% to RMB 1.82 billion (USD 249.8 million).
“Over the past year, we have remained steadfast in our user-first principle, enhancing product capabilities and service efficiency through technological empowerment while deepening our understanding of user needs,” Jonathan Peng Zhao, founder, chairman and CEO, said in a press release.
Growth drivers included paid enterprise users, which rose 17.3% to 6.1 million in the fourth quarter. The company also reported an expanded user base with average monthly active users rising by 27.9% year over year in the fourth quarter to 52.7 million.
Pen Zhao also said the company has launched a series of AI-powered products, including an AI agent and the deployment of DeepSeek.
Fourth-quarter net income jumped 34.1% to RMB 444.3 million (USD 60.9 million).
Kanzhun’s full-year revenue rose 23.6% to RMB 7.36 billion (USD 1.01 billion). In addition, full-year net income rose 42.6% to RMB 1.57 billion (USD 214.7 million).
Kanzhun expects first-quarter revenue to be up between 11.5% and 12.7%.

Shares in Kanzhun closed up 1.5% to HKD 67.55 (USD 8.69) on 11 March. They were 23.67% below their 52-week high.
