Blue-collar hiring platform JobGet acquired Seasoned, a restaurant hiring platform that includes an employee networking community.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal follows JobGet’s acquisition of temporary staffing platform Snagajob in November 2024. It brings JobGet’s reach to more than 100 million hourly workers filling roles including food service, hospitality, retail, customer service, manufacturing, healthcare, warehouse and transportation, according to the company.
The Seasoned brand will remain and its executive team has stayed in their same roles.
“Seasoned has set the benchmark for both the lowest cost per hire and the highest post-hire retention,” JobGet CEO Tony Liu said in a press release. “JobGet is thrilled to introduce this powerful technology to JobGet and Snagajob customers, further optimizing their hiring experience.”
San Francisco-based Seasoned in 2021 raised $12 million in a seed funding round followed by $18.7 million in series A round, bringing its total raised that year to more than $30 million.
Brands partnering with Seasoned include Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Dave & Buster’s, Wingstop, Arby’s, Little Caesars, Applebee’s and Chuy’s. It integrates with applicant tracking systems including Paradox, PeopleMatter, TalentReef and Paycor.
