The company said in a note to SIA that it is always looking for new opportunities to expand its service offerings, and Sirius’ work in financial advisory, regulatory compliance and operations enables it to expand further into these areas.
The deal closed Feb. 14.
“This acquisition expands our service offerings and allows us to provide even more robust and customized solutions to our clients,” Ben Thakur, founder and CEO of eTeam, said in a press release.
Benefits of the deal include enhanced capabilities in financial advisory, regulatory compliance and operational performance for the combined firm, eTeam reported. These will be delivered through SOW-based consulting and execution models.
Other benefits include greater ability to provide advisory and execution services and a strengthened presence in more than 150 countries, according to the company.
“We are thrilled to integrate our strength in financial and operational performance with eTeam’s innovative talent solutions, impressive portfolio of clients and expansive global reach,” Cynde Coulson, CEO of Sirius Solutions, said in a press release.
