Staffing group IMN Enterprises launched a new division, Clinical Magnet, to combine its direct hire recruiters under one banner and create distinct direct hire and locum teams. IMN’s other companies — ICON Medical Network, Independence Anesthesia Services and MedAdventures — will continue to provide locum tenens recruitment services.

“We created Clinical Magnet to bring our direct hire services under one name rather than having them spread across IMN’s multiple companies, making it even easier for clients to work with us,” said IMN CEO Janet Elkin.

The Clinical Magnet team will work to fill full-time positions including physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, allied health professionals, dentists and dental hygienists. Additionally, specialized recruiters will focus on leadership roles.
