France-based HR services provider HRPath announced on 3 December it has acquired Pay Human Group, a Mexican company specialising in payroll management and HR consulting, extending HRPath’s Latin American presence.  

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  

After the acquisition, Pay Human Group will operate as usual and will be identified as ‘Pay Human, an HR Path Company’. Pay Human’s employees and leadership team will remain in their current roles. 

Pay Human Group’s payroll management and personalised HR services will alignwith HR Path’s offerings of HR solutions and services across advising, implementation and managed services, the company said.

Operating in 22 countries, HR Path offers consultancy, integration, and operational services to over 3,000 clients. On March 31, 2024, its annual revenue was €215 million.
