Japanese human resources provider Hito Communications (4433: JP) reported revenue on 14 January for the first quarter ending 30 November 2024 of JPY 16.42 billion (USD 104.7 million), an uptick of 3.8% compared to the same period last year.

Hito offers temporary staffing, business recruitment and outsourcing, business sales promotion, outsourced sales support, and employee training outsourcing services, as well as recruitment services for individual users in the distribution and service sectors.
In the staffing business, revenue was down 6.6%. In the outsourcing business, revenue was down 8.1%. In the EC/TC (electronic commerce/television shopping) support business, revenue was up 6.6% while revenue in the wholesale business increased 36.9%.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 59.00 billion (USD 376.1 million) for the year ended 31 August 2025.
Shares in Hito closed on 14 January at JPY 851.00 (USD 5.43), down 0.7% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 16.18 billion (USD 103.1 million).
