HireHive, an Ireland-based recruitment software company, announced a merger with human resources platform HRLocker, also based in Ireland.

The companies said the merger is designed to deliver a more ‘robust suite of tools that empower organisations to streamline their recruitment and HR processes.’

The merger aims to strengthen Invincible Software Holding’s (ISH) growing portfolio of HR solutions. ISH now owns both HRLocker and HireHive.

HRLocker’s acquisition of HireHive integrates applicant tracking with HR management, streamlining recruitment and HR processes for businesses.

HireHive users will still have full access to the platform, now with added HR tools from HRLocker. The merger creates a single platform for managing hiring and employee management, offering scalable solutions to help businesses stay efficient and competitive.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
