Health Advocates Network, a Boca Raton, Florida-based healthcare staffing firm, acquired DiagnosTemps, a Dallas-based radiology staffing firm.
The announcement comes as Healthcare Advocates Network seeks to add heft to its allied staffing offerings, the company said in a note to SIA.
“Our partnership with DiagnosTemps expands our suite of allied staffing offerings and scales our Texas presence,” Eddie Albert, director of M&A at Health Advocates Network, said in a press release.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.
“I have known the founders of Health Advocates Network for more than a decade and appreciate their focus on quality, as that is a driving theme at DiagnosTemps,” Matthew Broderick, founder and CEO of DiagnosTemps, said in a press release. Broderick noted the combination with Health Advocates Network’s experienced management team and deeper resources will expand opportunities for both field and internal staff.
DiagnosTemps will continue to operate as a separate unit under its Joint Commission-certified brand. Broderick and his team will continue to run the DiagnosTemps division.
“Matt and his team have built a long-tenured business that is exactly the type of successful company with which Health Advocates Network looks to partner,” Kevin Little, chairman and CEO of Health Advocates Network, said in a press release.
DiagnosTemps is Health Advocates Network’s sixth acquisition since it launched in 2020. Recently, Health Advocates Network acquired WorkSquare Healthcare Staffing Solutions, a Miami-based firm.
Health Advocates Network ranks on SIA’s list of largest US healthcare staffing firms.
