Sarach Technologies, which does business as Coats Staffing Software, was acquired by a firm called N. Harris Computer, an operating company of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU).

Coats is a provider of front- and back-office software to staffing firms. It announced the deal in a LinkedIn post in December.

The acquisition was also announced in a press release by Harris.

Harris acquires vertical market software businesses, the company said in a press release. It operates more than 170 businesses globally across more than 20 industries. It describes itself as one of North America’s most active acquirers of software businesses.
