LHH, a division of the Adecco Group, announced Jan. 31 that Laurie Chamberlin will step down from her roles as North America recruitment solutions president and country president. The responsibilities for both roles will transition to Nicole Gable by the end of the first quarter.

Laurie Chamberlin has been with the Adecco Group and LHH for 25 years. She also appeared on the recent Staffing 100 North America list.

“Reflecting on my 25 years with the Adecco Group and LHH, I’m truly amazed by how much we have evolved and accomplished together,” Chamberlin said in a press release. “It has been an absolute privilege to work alongside my talented, dedicated colleagues who have made every day meaningful.”

She said Gable brings the right vision and experience to lead the team forward.

“I have full confidence that under her leadership, the LHH Recruitment Solutions practice will continue to deliver extraordinary solutions to our clients and candidates,” Chamberlin said.

Gable has more than 11 years of leadership experience at the Adecco Group and has held a variety of roles at LHH and Akkodis. She currently serves as senior VP for US markets at Akkodis. She also appeared on the 2023 Global Power150 list of women in staffing.

“I am truly honored to step into the role of president of LHH Recruitment Solutions in North America, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Laurie for her leadership and guidance throughout the years,” Gable said in a press release.
