Executive search firms ESGI Executive Search Consultants and Potomac Recruiting are merging to form Executive Search Group – Potomac.
The combined firm is based in Washington DC and made the announcement on Jan. 15.
ESGI founder and CEO Evan Scott will lead the combined company as president, while Potomac Recruiting President Jenessa Hoffman will serve as head of executive recruiting.
“By coming together, we are uniquely positioned to continue empowering our clients in building high-performing executive management teams,” Scott said in a press release.
ESGI Executive Search Consultants, founded in 2000 and based in Washington DC, specializes in senior-level executive searches for companies that sell products and services to federal, state and local governments.
“This merger is a significant step forward in our mission of becoming a full-service recruiting agency worldwide,” Hoffman said in a press release.
Founded in 2008, Tysons Corner, Virginia-based Potomac Recruiting focuses on government, defense and national security recruitment.
