Employ Inc., a recruiting and talent acquisition provider and the parent company of JazzHR, Jobvite and NXTThing RPO brands, promoted Stephanie Manzelli to chief human resources officer. 

Manzelli joined Employ in February 2024 as senior VP of HR and DE&I. In her new role, Manzelli will continue to focus on advancing talent programs, workforce planning, culture and DE&I initiatives.  

She previously served as VP, people and culture at SmartBear and brings extensive HR leadership experience from across retail, insurance, technology and software.  

“Having her in the CHRO role is critical for us as we continue to grow, evaluate and align on key business objectives while gaining a deeper understanding of how the HR function impacts our overall business outcomes,” Employ CEO Steve Cox said in a press release. “It’s more important today than ever for the CHRO and CEO to be aligned.” 

Denver-based Employ serves more than more than 22,000 clients across multiple industries.
