Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions acquired Critical Connection, a Rockville, Maryland-based provider of therapy staffing.

Critical Connection’s business includes staffing of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. It provides professionals on a travel, permanent and local basis.

“This partnership completes a critical part of our strategy of staffing multiple service line channels for our clients,” said Tracy Clark, CEO and co-founder of Elite365, said in a press release. “The CCI team will lead the expansion of our placement and staffing services in the therapy segment.”

CCI is led by therapists, and its recruiters are therapists as well.

“All our recruiters left travel therapy to join us at CCI because they believe in truly advocating for the profession and improving the quality of life for therapists,” Telly Telhan, president and owner of CCI, said in a press release.

The deal closed May 9. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Elite365 was established in 2022 and has offices in Irving, Texas, and Tampa, Florida.
