CareerIndex, announced it will change its company name to Disruptors as of 1 October 2024 and will transition to a holding company structure.
Disruptors will maintain its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
“Recently, we have been actively pursuing M&A to expand our business,” the company said in a statement. “As a result, the number of our group companies has increased, and we believe that in order to expand the business and accelerate the growth of the entire group, it is necessary to strengthen our management base and improve efficiency.”
“For this reason, we have decided to transition to a holding company structure, as we believe that planning and executing group business strategies, improving group capital efficiency, and streamlining our management system will contribute to increasing the corporate value of our group,” the company added.
“With this change in our trade name and transition to a holding company structure, all of our employees are determined to work together to further contribute to society and become a company that is loved by everyone,” the company said in a statement.
CareerIndex is a Japan-based company which operates a number of recruitment sites.
CareerIndex’s major operating companies include Career Index (to be split off on 1 October 2024), Marginal (focused on online interview system-related business, Internet-related business), ContractS Co, White Career Co (recruitment business, consulting business, and Sales X (business growth support business, talent agency business).
