Glints, an online career platform headquartered in Singapore, announced a US$22.5 million funding round led by Tokyo-based staffing firm Persol Holdings, according to a post.

Other investors taking part in the round included Monk’s Hill Ventures, based in Asia; Wavemaker Partners, headquartered in Los Angeles and Singapore; Fresco Capital, based in San Francisco; and Mindworks Ventures, based in Hong Kong.

Glints noted it has more than 4 million professionals visiting its site every month and serves more than 35,000 employers in southeast Asia.

In addition to job ads, the company said it recently expanded its offerings for workers, such as a “Glints Community,” a career form with more than 50,000 posts; “Glints Academy,” an online coding boot camp; and “Glints ExpertClass,” offering online professional courses.

For employers, it offers a recruitment solution called TalentHunt as well as a job ads portal.
