Paradox, which provides a conversational AI platform to employers, acquired Eqtble, which operates an HR analytics platform.

“We’re thrilled to help accelerate Paradox’s mission and AI vision, bringing powerful people insights to the fingertips of talent acquisition and HR leaders,” Eqtble CEO Joseph Ifiegbu said in a press release.

Ifiegbu formerly served as a data scientist at Johnson & Johnson and as director of people analytics at WeWork.

Plans are for Eqtble’s full team to join Paradox, with the company to release an integrated solution later this year.

Paradox said its AI assistant and software automated more than 2 million interviews across the globe in 2024.

“Combining Paradox’s depth in conversational AI experiences with Eqtble’s expertise in people data, the vision is for clients to create simple, accessible dashboards through a conversational interface — then take action that actually improves business results,” the company said in a press release.

Paradox has been contacted for more information.
