Addison Group promoted Jay Houston to president of Addison Group Talent Solutions. Taking over Houston’s previous role as president of finance and accounting is Heather Tarrillion.

While Addison Group is known for its Talent Solutions brand, it owns and controls several talent solutions and consulting firms that operate independently but report to the parent firm overseen by CEO Thomas Moran, the company said.

“Jay has been here since the inception and has helped build a solid, profitable foundation for Addison Group Talent Solutions,” Moran said in a press release.

Houston knows the company’s teams, clients and markets, Moran said, adding that Houston’s transition to president will enable the firm to provide a more centralized and streamlined approach to client success.

Addison Group ranks as the fourth-largest finance/accounting staffing provider in the US and the 31st-largest staffing firm overall. It has 28 offices in the US.

“I am immediately looking to double down on the people-first approach that sets Addison Group apart, continue growing our market share and give clients and candidates exceptional experiences in every interaction with us,” Houston said in a press release.
