Meet SIA’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2024

Mountain View, California — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) published its eighth annual 40 Under 40 list shining a spotlight on staffing’s next generation of leaders. SIA’s list recognizes early-career professionals who are making major contributions within the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem.

“The world of work is changing and changing rapidly, making the need for bold new generations of staffing leaders crucial to our industry’s success now and into the future,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “We are very proud to recognize 40 of those emerging leaders in our annual list. Congratulations to the 40 Under 40 Class of 2024 honorees for their leadership in this brave new world of work!”

Tech transformation was a recurring theme in conversations with this year’s 40 Under 40 class. As the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem rushes to implement modern technology, these leaders are seeking a balance of technological innovation and efficiency with human connection and collaboration.

“Staffing is truly the business of people, connecting people to fulfilling work,” Williams said. “As we employ the latest technology to enhance that work, I am encouraged to see the human side of our business remains at the forefront. This year’s 40 Under 40 class serves as a remarkable example of agility, adaptability and advancement amidst our industry’s evolution.”

SIA’s 40 Under 40 listing for this year is now available online along with a feature in the July/August 2024 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. The 2024 honorees will be formally recognized during SIA’s Collaboration in the Gig Economy conference taking place this Sept. 17-19 in Dallas.
