Rui Rocheta

As Gi Group Holding’s regional head for Iberia and Latin America, Rui Rocheta in 2022 helped solidify Gi Group as a market leader in the Brazilian HR services ecosystem. He did this through the introduction of career transition services via the acquisition of outplacement and career coaching company Stato. Gi Group also acquired Bruno Matarazzo y Asociados, a leading firm for these services in the Argentinian market for over 30 years. In addition, Rocheta led Gi Group Holding’s tenfold growth in Colombia, placing it among the 10 largest in the local staffing market through the successful integration of Focun Group’s operations.
