Rafael Navarro

Rafael Navarro, CEO of Mexican staffing firm Human Quality, led the diversification of its services into new specializations and sectors following Mexico’s 2021 legislation banning the use of staffing. Navarro has helped increase the firm’s profitability by renegotiating margins with clients and expanding its customer portfolio with new clients in service areas and tailor-made recruitment services. He has also helped strengthen the company’s capability in large-scale industrial recruitment, increasing revenue 300% in 2022 over the previous year. Human Quality serves more than 800 companies globally across various industries.
