Miguel Pérez García

As president of Acoset, the national staffing association of Colombia, Miguel Pérez García consolidated the Pact for Decent Work, through which temporary service companies and public entities will provide support on issues such as the Social Protection Floor, economic incentives for job creation and employment for young people. In 2022, Acoset’s training programs continued to flourish with high participation. García is an active speaker on the positive impact of the industry in overall employment, and Acoset advises the government on the future labor reform in Colombia.
